2. Students must follow all instructions outlined in the contest rules. Failure to follow instructions may result in an entry's disqualification.
3. Designers are strongly encouraged to have their teacher examine their entries for feedback and revision before sumitting them to the competition.
EACH ENTRY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SIGNED STATEMENT FROM THE DESIGNER CERTIFYING THE ORIGINALITY OF THE SUBMITTED WORK.
All fees are non-refundable.
